Mortgage Protection
A new home is one of the most exciting and valuable investments for most people. Emerging Insurance Brokerage offers protection for this asset with its Mortgage Term Plus plan. Offering an available return of premium, this plan may be written up to face amounts equal to 140% of the current remaining mortgage balance.

Emerging Insurance Brokerage's Mortgage Term Plus provides protection against disability or death. Mortgage Term Plus will pay your clients' mortgage payments if they are disabled - providing them with the security they need. Additionally, this policy has an available waiver of premium for unemployment. This policy is great for young families, dual-income families, and families with limited resources and large insurance needs.

Think about it; it's just smart marketing - you control whom your clients see and your clients get what they need from someone they can trust. It helps establish you as a trusted advisor, instead of just another dime-a-dozen salesperson. It can also dramatically increase your sales and income. And perhaps most importantly, it can help you retain your clients instead of losing them to other agents and advisors who are in direct competition with you.

By doing this, you control the situation. You determine whom your client or prospect sees. Your clients feel good about you because you are helping them find the resources to get everything they need. You also are building up your trust and credibility. And, most importantly, these people now recognize you as a true advisor.
Paramed Exam
Here are some simple steps that you can take that will give your client the best possible results on his or her exam.
  • Fast for at least 8 hours prior to the exam.
  • Insist on morning appointments only. Blood pressure and exam results tend to be better first thing in the morning. Many examiners are available on Saturdays as well.
  • If you are sick on the day of your exam, cancel it. We can always reschedule it for when you are better.
  • Take your medications as you normally would.
  • Avoid alcohol for a minimum of 24 hours prior to your exam. Blood pressure, liver enzymes and more may be affected.
  • If you smoke, do not smoke for a minimum of 8 hours prior to your exam. Smoking raises blood pressure. For other tobacco, some of the companies will require that no nicotine is in your system...which means you will need to stop for 7- 10 days prior.
  • Avoid Caffeine on Exam day - Caffeine elevates your blood pressure. Avoid it for at least a few hours prior to exam.
  • Cholesterol TIP - Eat plenty of oatmeal and bananas in the week leading up to your exam and lay off the sweets and other cholesterol elevating foods.
  • Exercise TIP - If you exercise, do NOT exercise on the morning of your exam. Exercise may artificially raise your blood pressure.
  • Water - Drink lots of water to flush out your system leading up to the exam

Always remember the first law of insurance, which is to insure first what the client needs. With that in mind you have to think of your income, your health, and your life. Think about what you would do for yourself and give that option to the client, tell them your experiences for a more personal message.
